Tyson Foods Inc. is recalling nearly nine million pounds of ready-to-eat frozen chicken products due to possible Listeria contamination. The Washington State Department of Health reports three hospitalizations and one death are linked to the outbreak from cases in Texas and Delaware.

The recalled products have “EST. P-7089” on the product bag or inside the USDA mark of inspection and were distributed under several brand names including:

  • Tyson
  • Domino’s Pizza
  • Little Caesars
  • Jet’s Pizza
  • Casey’s General Store
  • Marco’s Pizza

Businesses with these recalled products should stop serving them immediately. You can either return the recalled products for a refund or discard them.
