While the pandemic public health emergencies are officially behind us, coronavirus outbreaks will continue to emerge in communities across Washington. Employers are required to adhere to workplace health and safety practices including:
- Addressing COVID-19 hazards in your company’s Accident Prevention Program.
- Ensuring your COVID-19 hazard assessment identifies all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Keeping employees who have tested positive or are symptomatic for COVID-19 out of the workplace for at least five days or implement effective controls.
