As a member benefit, all members of the Washington Hospitality Association receive (by mail) one complimentary poster per billable account every January.
Washington Hospitality Association members with multiple locations can order additional posters (one per location) using this order form.
And don’t forget — be on the lookout for scam and fraudulent solicitations. Two Florida-based companies were recently fined for defrauding thousands of Washington businesses owners in a labor poster scam.
Individual labor posters required by the government are always available for free from the issuing federal, state and local agencies. Posters are downloadable from the agencies’ websites. We have links to many of those posters below. You can also contact your territory manager if you need any assistance with compliance.
Below are links to individual posters in English and Spanish.
Note: All businesses are required to display the federal posters included here. However, there may be additional federal and local workplace poster requirements depending on several factors including your location, type of business, number of employees, annual dollar volume and whether the organization has federal contracts or subcontracts.
Members are encouraged to use the FirstStep Poster Advisor tool on the U.S. Department of Labor website to determine if any additional federal posters are required for your business. Members should also check with their local government offices to verify any additional local poster requirements.
