The Washington Hospitality Association has partnered with Class Action Capital (CAC), a market leader in class action settlement claim management. CAC is already successfully working with a large number of hotels, restaurants and state associations across the country, helping to recover substantial refunds on their behalf from several recent class action settlements. The Washington Hospitality Association offers these value-added services to its members.

Many restaurants and hotels do not have the time, resources or relevant data available to file a settlement claim. Class Action Capital will work with you to submit a fully comprehensive claim recovery. CAC’s pricing model is simple – they work on a commission basis whereby they receive a percentage of the client’s financial recovery. Once you sign up for CAC’s claim management service, they will immediately get to work building and preparing a comprehensive claim.

Class Action Capital will work to best position each client’s recovery from a settlement while minimizing their time, use of internal resources and the risk of error if they were to manage claims on their own.

Claims filing agent: CAC handles the entire claims management process including research, data analysis, claim preparation and filing with the administrator. Class Action Capital is paid a percentage of the claim out of the settlement fund distribution.

Full claim liquidation: In certain circumstances, clients wish to sell the entirety of their claim rights to maximize their potential for immediate capital rather than waiting what can be years until the settlement distributes. CAC offers non-recourse claim acquisition for interested companies.

Partial claim liquidation: This option combines the benefits of the agency model with the ability to monetize a percentage interest in the underlying claim asset. The client receives an upfront non-recourse payment while retaining majority ownership of the claim asset.
