The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (L&I) invites you to the Know Your Worker Rights webinar to learn about your workplace rights. The Employment Standards Outreach team will begin with a 45-minute presentation on topics such as:
- Wage requirements
- Hours of work & recordkeeping requirements
- Minimum wage, overtime and tips
- Your right to paid sick leave and other protected leave
- Protections from retaliation and discrimination
- Agricultural employment
- Youth employment
- How to file a workplace rights complaint & complaint process
A 15-minute question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.
