Webinar! From Manual to Automated: El Toro’s path to automated tip management and happier staff with TipHaus and its daily digital tip payouts
Jul 16 @ 10:00 am – 11:00 am

Join Rey Arias, owner of El Toro Mexican Restaurant & Cantina, as he shares his firsthand experience transforming tip management with TipHaus.

In this session, Arias will dive into how TipHaus simplified El Toro’s operations, sped up payroll procedures, and brought much-needed transparency to the tip distribution process.

El Toro now benefits from TipHaus’s free employee app, which provides their valued staff with real-time access to tip calculations—no more guessing or late-night math.

With TipHaus’s daily digital tip payouts, employees no longer need to carry large amounts of cash after their shifts. They can easily view their earned tips directly on the TipHaus app, ensuring complete transparency and certainty about what they’re owed.

Moreover, El Toro no longer needs to store cash on-site for daily payouts, easing the burden on managers and eliminating the security risks associated with handling cash. This also improves staff satisfaction, as they no longer have to wait for tips until payday.

This is a win-win for both employees and the business, as it streamlines operations, increases tip transparency and enhances staff satisfaction.

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • How El Toro quickly and efficiently implemented TipHaus to enhance operations
  • Key tips for transitioning from cash-based to daily digital tip payouts
  • The benefits of TipHaus’s exclusive one-month free trial, available only to Washington Hospitality Association members, with no credit card required

Don’t miss this opportunity to see how TipHaus can improve your tip management and boost employee retention. Register now to discover the power of automated tip management!
