ServSafe Manager Classes

A Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) must be certified through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited program. ServSafe Manager is an ANSI-certified program with a proctored exam. It is listed by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) for accredited Certified Food Protection Manager programs (ID 0655).

It also keeps customers safe with advanced food safety knowledge and complies with the Demonstration of Knowledge (DOK), Person In Charge (PIC) and Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) requirements within the Washington State Food Code.

Registration for the Aug. 12 class closes on July 29. For the Sept. 9 class, registration closes on Aug. 26. If you would like to attend the Oct. 14 class, registration closes on Sept. 30.
