The ANSI-certified ServSafe Manager certification fulfills CFPM, PIC and DOK food code requirements.
A class registration gets attendees:
- Book, scantron and optional practice test.
- Minimum two weeks of study time.
- Four hours of material review with our trainer followed by a two-hour proctored exam.
- Accommodations can be made for those who need translators or have a disability.
