A Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) must be certified through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited program. ServSafe Manager is an ANSI-certified program with a proctored exam. It is listed by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) for accredited Certified Food Protection Manager programs (ID 0655).

Registration for the March 10 class closes on Feb. 24. For the May 12 class, registration closes on April 28. Register by June 30 for the July 14 class.
