The ANSI-certified ServSafe Manager certification fulfills Certified Food Protection Manager, Person In Charge and Demonstration of Knowledge food code requirements.

A class registration gets attendees:

  • Book, scantron and optional practice test.
  • Minimum two weeks of study time.
  • Four hours of material review with our trainer followed by a two-hour proctored exam.
  • Accommodations can be made for those who need translators or have a disability.
