Designed for high school students with a passion for food, customer service and business, ProStart blends hands-on learning with real-world experience. From mastering knife skills to developing restaurant concepts, students gain industry knowledge, teamwork, and leadership skills that set them up for success.
The competition is from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with an awards ceremony from 4 to 5 p.m.
