We are excited to announce our first major event post pandemic will be held Thursday November 9th at the Hyatt Regency Seattle from 1:30-9:00pm. The Washington Hospitality Association is partnering with Washington State University School of Hospitality Business Management to bring cutting edge industry research, WSU hospitality students, hoteliers, and restaurateurs together for an informative and commemorative networking event.
We’ll start with breakout sessions led by WSU faculty regarding tourism & hospitality trends, staffing solutions, sustainability, and technology. Immediately after breakouts, we’ll enjoy a reception hour (drinks and appetizers) followed by dinner featuring the Burtenshaw awards. This is a fundraiser for WSU SHBM and students will be in attendance as we wish to introduce them to future employers and mentors in hospitality.
