Winners! Oak Harbor High School Again!

OLYMPIA, Wash.—Once again the Washington Restaurant Association Education Foundation (WRAEF) is pleased to congratulate the Oak Harbor High School ProStart culinary team on its fifth place win at the National ProStart Invitational.
