PPP Flexibility Act guidance, forms are on the way

On June 8 the U.S. Department of Treasury said it and the U.S. Small Business Administration “will promptly issue rules and guidance, a modified borrower application form and a modified loan forgiveness application implementing the legislative amendments to the [Paycheck Protection Program].”
