This is an educational webinar to inform employers and employees about RCW 49.60.515, which was enacted by the Washington state legislature in 2019 in an effort to prevent sexual assault and sexual harassment against certain isolated workers in the hospitality, janitorial and security industries.

This webinar will help employers and workers determine if they are impacted by this law, go over all the requirements of employers with isolated workers and provide attendees with additional informational resources.

The webinar will be a presentation by the Isolated Worker Specialist from L&I’s Employment Standards program, which includes the opportunity to ask questions after the presentation.
