The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (L&I) is offering a free webinar to help employers understand Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunities Act.

The session will cover employee and job applicant protections, including equal pay requirements, wage transparency, job posting requirements and prohibited hiring practices. L&I staff will also discuss the agency’s enforcement process and available employer resources.

This webinar is a helpful resource for restaurant and lodging operators reviewing their hiring, compensation and employment practices.
