We’ve received several member requests for resources on how to prepare for and respond to the recent increase in immigration enforcement and other ICE activity in communities across Washington. Your Washington Hospitality Association team has compiled a list of resources below for your convenience.
Increased ICE activity around your business may also bring an increase in protestors. We have compiled resources for what to do before, during and after a protest occurs at or near your business.
Always remember, you have the right to speak to an attorney before answering any questions, consenting to a search, or handing over or signing any documents to a law enforcement officer.
