The session will cover the salary thresholds and job duties tests used to determine whether employees qualify for overtime exemptions under Washington’s Minimum Wage Act.

With updated salary thresholds taking effect Jan. 1, 2027, this webinar is a timely opportunity for restaurant and lodging operators to review requirements for salaried employees, including managers and other supervisory staff.
