Washington state’s Apple Health (Medicaid) offers residents who qualify the Family Planning Only (FPO) option, which covers many services. To be eligible, a resident must be uninsured and not already enrolled in Apple Health, but the income standard to qualify is much higher than Apple Health.

Residents can qualify for FPO if they make around $20 an hour; a single person who makes $3,326 a month may qualify. It’s important to note that one’s immigration status does not matter to receive this benefit: The program is funded through Washington state, not federally.
