Claims Management Program
Participant members receive access to safety tools and resources to prevent workplace injuries and are assigned a dedicated claims management team who will work with them to reduce costs and get claims closed. Our expert safety and claims management can also help participants reduce their upfront L&I insurance costs.
Retro Program
Building on the safety and claims management foundation, the Retrospective Rating Program is an incentive program where hospitality businesses can potentially earn a partial refund on their workers’ compensation premiums. Our program has served hospitality since 1986 and has since grown to be one of the largest in the state.
