The Employee Protection Ordinance Toolkit provides essential resources and information for understanding and complying with the Hotel Employee Protection Ordinances passed by the Seattle City Council in fall 2019. This package of four ordinances aims to protect hotel workers by establishing regulations around worker safety, health and fair treatment. The toolkit includes downloadable materials to help employers and employees navigate these Seattle Municipal Codes (SMC) effectively.
