Seattle extends street permits and offers free 90-day tent permits

Seattle’s free sidewalk café and street closure permits will be extended through Oct. 2021, according to the Mayor’s office. Also, the Seattle Fire Department will issue free, 90-day tent permits and free heating permits to businesses to help them continue their operations outdoors during the coronavirus pandemic.
