Employers with 15 or more employees will be required to include salary and benefits information in job postings starting Jan. 1, 2023.
If you haven’t done so already, employers should start preparing to make employee wages and benefits more transparent and adjust wages and prices accordingly.

CDC recommends indoor masking in public settings for 15 counties
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is recommending people wear masks in indoor public settings and public transit for 15 “high-risk” counties. Visit our Coronavirus Resource hub to find out if your county is currently high risk. You can also download signs from our signage library if you want to ask customers to wear masks in your business.
Bellingham ordinance regarding single-use plastics takes effect July 31
For food service establishments, this ordinance will affect single-use plastics such as plates, utensils and cups.
The prohibition will also impact lodging properties as travel-sized toiletries like shampoo, soap and lotion in plastic bottles will also be prohibited.
