Seattle closed captioning enforcement starts Nov. 15

Enforcement of Seattle’s new closed captioning law begins on Nov. 15. The new law passed earlier this spring requires bars, restaurants, hotels and other places of public accommodation to activate captions on their television sets and receivers during business hours.
