RRF roundtable with Sen. Cantwell

This week, Sen. Maria Cantwell held a roundtable with restaurant owners from across the state advocating for additional funding for the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF). Washington Hospitality Association President & CEO Anthony Anton moderated the discussion.

The estimated need is $43 billion to fund unmet applications stuck in the queue, including $2 billion for restaurants in Washington. Click here to tell Congress to replenish the RRF. Read more.

Governor signs bill to delay WA Cares until July 2023

Gov. Jay Inslee signed HB 1732 today, which delays WA Cares premium collections from employees for 18 months. HB 1732 states that employers have 120 days to refund any WA Cares premiums collected so far to employees. Click here to read more.
