Next week, National Small Business Week will honor the estimated 27.2 million small businesses in America. Small businesses are major contributors to the strength of the American economy. Consequently, a number of government agencies, such as the Small Business Administration and the Internal Revenue Service have planned several educational opportunities for restaurants and other businesses.
