“The Bite” is a special fundraising event by the Washington State Chefs Association for the Washington Restaurant Association ProStart Program. All proceeds will go towards the WRA ProStart Program.

The event will feature students and apprentices competing for the “Best Bite”.

Taste great food and learn more about the American Culinary Federation Washington State Chefs’ Apprentice Program!

You do not have to buy tickets if you are a ProStart chef, instructor or student.
