Criteria for participation

  • Snohomish County positions starting within 60 days
  • Company representative who can make hiring decisions on site 1 person per every 8-10 jobs recommended
  • Recruiting for W-2 type jobs (unpaid internships, commission only or independent contractor positions do not qualify
  • Registered as an employer in our job match system www.WorkSourceWA.com
  • Positions posted on WorkSourceWA (prior to distribution of event marketing materials)
  • Agree to share hiring information after event – name, job title, start date and wage (for your convenience, we will provide you with a list of attendees)
  • Willing to arrive at set up time and be in place when the event starts
  • Able to stay for the entire event
