WRA launches news oriented site for members

The Washington Restaurant Association team is known nationwide for its innovative approach to non-profit services. That includes their website.

One of the WRA’s imperatives is to be the primary source of information for the restaurant industry in Washington. So, the WRA team has been working to enhance their website to bring news and information that impacts or is important to the restaurant industry to the forefront of their website.

“The restaurant industry is a very labor intensive business. Operators don’t have the time weed through the myriad of websites and publications everyday to see what is happening that may impact them,” said Anthony Anton, WRA president and CEO. “That’s where we come in. Our new website uses a combination of news aggregation services, our direct relationships with state agencies and our member information team to bring members news.”

The WRA team used member surveys and polls combined with internal team strategy to develop the newly designed site.
